Autism also know as Pervasive Developmental Disorder is a complex condition. The conditions effects the brain’s normal development of social and communication skills. The symptoms and signs usually occur in the first 3 years of life, although it can be diagnosed much later. The common symptoms of autism include impaired verbal and nonverbal communication, problems processing information from the senses and restricted and repetitive patterns of behaviour.
